Resolved, that a suitable Memorial be forthwith transmitted to the R.W.P.G.M. in order to its being presented to the M.W.G.M. soliciting his Royal Highness to grant to the above-named Brethren his R.H. Warrant for forming a new Lodge in the City of Bath;
That his Royal Highness be respectfully requested to _.._ denominate it The Tynte Lodge, as a merited compliment to the present R.W.P.G.M of Somerset, in testimony of the sincere respect, esteem, and high fraternal regard, in which he is held by the petitioning Brethren;
That the Brethren whose Names are herewith annexed are original Members of the Lodge that are seen as His Royal Highness shall have granted the warrant, or the R.W.P.G.M. shall have granted his dispensation for forming the new Lodge, the said Brethren be convened for the purposes of organising, and regulating the same.
